How do I use my robot with Amazon Alexa?
- Open the Amazon Alexa app, go to the menu and select Skills. Or, go to the Alexa Skills store on the Amazon website.
- Search for « Shark Skill »
- Select the Shark Skill to open the detail page, then select the Enable Skill option.
- Once enabled, you can ask Alexa to control your robot (i.e. « Alexa, tell Shark to start cleaning »).

How do I use my robot with Google Assistant?
- Download, open, and sign into the Google Assistant.
- Click the « Explore » icon.
- Search for the « Shark » action and select « Try it ».
- Allow google to link to your SharkClean account.
- Sign into your SharkClean account. Tip: This is the same account you used when setting up your Shark® robot in the SharkClean™ app.
- Click Authorize to link your SharkClean account to the Google Assistant. Tip: This allows the Google Assistant to work with your Shark® robot.
- Congratulations! Your accounts are now linked. Use the voice command « OK Google, tell Shark to start cleaning » to send your robot into action.
To set up your robot with the Google Assistant on Android:
- Download, open, and sign into the Google Assistant.
- Click the « Explore » icon.
- Search for the « Shark » action and select « Link ».

What should I do if it is an incorrect wireless network password when we verified the password is correct?
- Close the app, then reopen it.
- Make sure that you entered the correct Wi-Fi network password.
- In your phone’s network settings, choose your home 2.4 GHz network, and select Forget.
- Reconnect to your home network. Make sure to use the correct password.
If you were able to connect to your home network, proceed to the app setup process. We recommend that you use the eye icon when entering your password to make sure it is correct.
- Turn off your router and wait 30 seconds.
- Turn your router back on. Check to make sure your 2.4 GHz network is visible in your phone settings.
- Turn off the robot using the switch on the side, then wait 10 seconds.
- Turn the robot back on and wait for the voice prompt. Hard-close the app and restart the connection process on the robot. If you cannot locate your Wi-Fi password, please contact your Internet service provider to verify your network password.

What should I do if my user name or password is invalid?
The automated system will email you a link to reset your password. If you do not see an email, search your inbox and spam folder for emails from “Mysharkninja@sharkninja.com” You can use the “Resend code” option to send the email again.

- Open Wi-Fi settings on your phone, find the Shark network, and select Forget Network.
- Reopen SharkClean app and retry the connection process. It is normal for your robot to temporarily lose connectivity when it goes under furniture or moves far from your router. Your Shark® robot will automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi. Power the robot off, wait 10 seconds, power the robot back on, and place it back on the dock.

What should I do if my Shark robot won’t connect to Wi-Fi or loses Wi-Fi connectivity?
Make sure your phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi network before trying to connect your robot.
Typical home Wi-Fi networks support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Make sure you are connected to a 2.4 GHz network when you enter your username and password.
Ensure your robot is turned on and you hear an audio prompt.
Do not use a VPN or a proxy server.
Make sure Wi-Fi isolation is turned off on the router.
There may be instances where your Shark® robot loses connectivity while operating, due to a weak Wi-Fi signal, or entering a zone that blocks Wi-Fi.

How do I add a robot to my app?
- Download and open the SharkClean™ app. (If this is your first time using the app, you will be prompted to create an account)
- Follow on screen prompts to confirm your account and connect your robot to the app.
To add an additional robot to your app:
- Click on name of your robot from the top of your home screen. A menu will appear.
- Select Add a Robot and follow the instructions on screen.

What should I do if my Shark robot can’t connect to the Wi-Fi?
- Restart your phone
- Reboot your robot
- Press the power button on the side of the ROBOT to the OFF position for 10 seconds, then press it again to turn power back ON.
- Reboot your router
- Unplug the router power cable for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Allow several minutes for your router to reboot completely.

Find My Model Number
1. Check your box
On the bottom of your box, you should see the model number near the bar code.
2. Check your unit
The main body of the vacuum (back of the unit) should have a rating label that features your model number.
3. Check your manual
Your product’s model number is listed on the front cover of your instruction booklet.
Date code is engraved on the metal prong of the power plug.
NOTE: Power off unit before unplugging from outlet.
